Bhubaneswar, Sept. 30 -- A black car went on a collision spree and hit multiple vehicles, creating panic on a busy road in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday before being stopped by local residents. The driver was later detained by police near Xavier Square.

According to reports, the incident began near Battalion Gate, where the car hit a scooter and sped away from the spot. A PCR team reached the area and rescued the injured scooter rider, who was subsequently shifted to a medical facility for treatment.
