Bhubaneswar, March 27 -- A scheduled Air India Express flight from Bhubaneswar to Pune was cancelled on Thursday evening after a prolonged delay, triggering anger among passengers.
The flight, which was slated to depart at 5:40 pm, faced technical issues shortly after passengers had boarded. According to sources, the aircraft's air conditioning system malfunctioned, prompting the airline to delay the departure.
Passengers were initially informed about the delay and later asked to deboard the aircraft. After deboarding, they were instructed to undergo security check procedures again before reboarding.
