Bhubaneswar, April 13 -- Bhubaneswar marked its 78th Foundation Day on Monday with a series of official programmes and ceremonial events held across the city. The capital observed the occasion with participation from public representatives, officials and residents.

The main event is being organised in front of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, where dignitaries and citizens gathered to commemorate the occasion.
