Bhubaneswar, May 30 -- A serious accident occurred on the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack highway near Hi-Tech Square, when a truck reportedly dragged a car for approximately 500 meters, causing panic and injuries, sources said on Saturday. The incident happened while both vehicles were travelling from Bhubaneswar towards Cuttack.

According to local reports, the Bhubaneswar Mancheshwar police acted swiftly after the accident. The truck involved in the incident was seized, and the driver was arrested for questioning. An alcohol test confirmed that the truck driver had not consumed alcohol.
