Bhubaneswar DCP Jagmohan Meena's resignation accepted; sent to Home Ministry
Bhubaneswar, Aug. 27 -- Bhubaneswar DCP Jagmohan Meena's resignation has been accepted by the Odisha government on Thursday and forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs for further processing.
Jagmohan Meena, a 2013-batch IPS officer, had reportedly submitted his resignation nearly a month ago. However, the administrative process related to his resignation was still pending until now.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Meena has had a notable academic and professional career in public service. He took charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of Bhubaneswar in February 2025.
