Bhubaneswar, July 6 -- Bhubaneswar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Jagmohan Meena has resigned from his post, sources said. The development came to light on Monday. The 2013-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer cited personal reasons for stepping down.

Confirming the development, Meena said he intends to join the private sector once his resignation is formally accepted by the state government.
