Bhubaneswar, May 2 -- Berhampur Police will take two more accused on remand on Saturday in connection with the murder of land dealer Sudhir Patra, as the investigation into the case continues to expand. The JMFC court granted permission to take Shubham Gouda and Shubham Nayak on a two-day remand for further interrogation.

According to police, the two accused will be questioned in detail during the remand period. Of the nine persons arrested so far, seven were taken on remand earlier, during which police gathered crucial information. With the remaining two now set to face questioning, officials expect to further piece together the sequence of events.
