Bhubaneswar, Oct. 14 -- The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has decided to adjust/refund the Rs 10,000 application fee for its Ekamra Residency housing project at Subudhipur against the cost of the flat.

The decision was taken at the 153rd Authority Meeting held under the chairmanship of Housing and Urban Development Minister and BDA Chairman Krushna Chandra Mahapatra.

The meeting was attended by, MLA, Ekamra, Babu Singh, Jatni Municipality Chairman Ananta Behera, Housing and Urban Development Additional Chief Secretary Usha Padhee, BDA Vice-Chairman Chanchal Rana and other senior officials.
