Bhubaneswar, Sept. 24 -- Bhubaneswar Development Authority's (BDA) Ekamra Residency housing project in Subudhipur, Kalinga Nagar, has drawn attention over its pricing, with some units costing more than comparable government housing in major metros.

Online applications for the project opened on September 18. The 2BHK apartments are priced between Rs 78.36 lakh and Rs 79.94 lakh, while 2BHK-plus-study units cost Rs 94.9 lakh to Rs 96.82 lakh. Registration and other statutory charges are additional.
