Bhubaneswar, Oct. 14 -- The countdown to Odisha's world-famous Bargarh Dhanu Yatra has begun, with the 11-day festival scheduled to begin from January 12 to 22, 2027. The dates were finalised unanimously at a preparatory meeting held for the festival on Tuesday.

Bargarh Collector Aditya Goyal announced the decision after the meeting, where officials also discussed preparations for the 79th edition of the open-air theatrical festival.
