Bhubaneswar, May 14 -- Anamika Chauhan from Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh emerged as the topper of the Agra division in the CBSE Class 12 examinations after securing 99 per cent marks.

Speaking about her achievement, Anamika said consistent self-study, regular revision and guidance from teachers played a crucial role in her success.

Anamika said she used to study for four to five hours daily after school and focused extensively on revising classroom lessons and practising previous years' question papers.

"It feels really great. This was possible through our teachers' guidance and by solving previous years' question papers. After school, I used to study for four to five hours every day. Whatever was taught in school, I practised thoroughly....
