Ama Bus services hit in Bhubaneswar as staff protest over refund of security deposits
Bhubaneswar, Sept. 3 -- Ama Bus services were partially disrupted in Odisha's Bhubaneswar on Tuesday after around 50 staff members protested at the Gadakana depot over the alleged non refund of security deposits by a previous revenue collection agency.
Around 40 Ama Buses remained off the roads until afternoon, affecting services on several routes and causing inconvenience to passengers. The protest continued until around 1 pm as the staff sought intervention from the Comprehensive Region Urban Transport (CRUT).
