Bhubaneswar, March 28 -- The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has issued comprehensive Guidelines for Accessibility of Content on OTT Platforms to make digital content more inclusive for persons with hearing and visual impairments. The guidelines, released on February 6, 2026, are aimed at ensuring that audio-visual content published by OTT platforms becomes accessible to a wider audience, with a structured implementation schedule in place.
