Bhubaneswar, Aug. 31 -- A seven-year-old girl has been missing from near Cuttack railway station for two days. Police are reportedly suspecting that she may have been abducted. CCTV footage obtained during the investigation reportedly shows the child walking away with an elderly man.

The girl had travelled from Kendrapara to Cuttack with her grandparents. Her grandmother, Seema Gadnayak, is a resident of Angul district. The family was scheduled to travel from Cuttack to Angul.

The child reportedly went missing suddenly near the rear gate of Cuttack railway station. Following the incident, a complaint was lodged at Chauliaganj Police Station, after which police began an investigation.
