Bhubaneswar, Aug. 15 -- The Odisha government has created an ecosystem for investment that is so conducive that today even leading industrialists in the country are saying, "Yahi samay hai, sahi samay hai" (This is the time, this is the right time) to invest in the state, said CM Mohan Majhi while addressing the people on Independence Day today.

According to the CM, investors' confidence in Odisha has increased today. In NITI Aayog's Investment Friendliness Index 2026, Odisha secured a place among the top five states in the country.
