Bhubaneswar, June 18 -- Malkangiri Police has busted a ganja smuggling racket on Wednesday and arrested four persons, including a local supplier, for allegedly transporting cannabis concealed inside blanket bundles. Police seized 100 kg of ganja during the operation conducted in the Kalimela area of the district.

Among those arrested, three accused are residents of Uttar Pradesh, while the fourth is a local supplier from Malkangiri. Police suspect the contraband was being transported outside the state through an interstate network.
