'No action against him': Judge's calm response wins hearts as litigant turns abusive, throws papers during hearing
Bhubaneswar, July 10 -- A dramatic scene unfolded inside the Supreme Court after a litigant created a ruckus during a hearing, hurling abuses and throwing papers inside the courtroom. The situation escalated when he threw documents, disrupting the hearing and affecting courtroom decorum.
The incident took place before a bench of Justice KV Viswanathan and Justice Alok Aradhe when it was hearing a petition challenging the decision of the Allahabad High Court.
"Mr judicial servant. I order you to order the registration of an FIR against the ACP . Lucknow," he said as quoted by Bar and Bench.
Justice Viswanathan immediately questioned the litigant's remarks, asking, "You are ordering me? You are ordering us?"
