Hong Kong, March 31 -- Cathay Pacific has commenced five times weekly nonstop flights to Seattle from its Hong Kong hub. Read More The inaugural CX852, operated by A350-900 registration B-LRJ featuring the retro "lettuce leaf sandwich" livery, took off from Hong Kong shortly before 1400 local time yesterday (March 30) and landed in Seattle about 11 hours later. The aircraft was on the ground for about two hours before operating the reciprocal CX853 back to Hong Kong. The oneworld alliance member is the only airline flying nonstop between Seattle and Hong Kong.
