Findability Sciences, the SoftBank-backed Enterprise AI company, launched LactaAI, an industrial intelligence platform purpose-built for dairy and whey processing plants. Depending on plant scale and product mix, LactaAI is designed to help large dairy operations unlock between Rs 2.35 crore and Rs 28.2 crore in annual value per plant, through yield improvements of 0.5 to 1.5 percentage points, energy intensity reductions of 5 to 10 percent in evaporation and drying, and shorter decision cycles across operations and finance.
