Zubeen Garg death case: Mahavir Aqua hearing set amid claims of continued operations
Guwahati, Aug. 12 -- The Mahavir Aqua case will be heard by a fast-track court on August 12 amid allegations that the packaged drinking water unit resumed operations despite an earlier order to keep it closed.
The facility is located at Assam's Chhaygaon Industrial Development Centre and is allegedly linked to Siddharth Sharma, former manager of late singer Zubeen Garg. Justice Sharmila Bhuyan will hear the case.
The fast-track court had ordered the unit to be sealed as part of the investigation into Garg's death.
