Guwahati, Sept. 29 -- A Special Judge's Court has granted bail to Zubeen Garg's two personal security officers (PSO), Paresh Baishya and Nandeshwar Bora, in a disproportionate assets case registered by the Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell.

Baishya and Bora had been arrested in connection with the case. Their counsel argued before the court that the investigating police had failed to follow the prescribed rules and procedures during their arrest.

The defence submitted that the procedural lapses committed by the investigating police warranted bail, following which the court granted relief to both accused.
