Agartala: Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Thursday said the state government was focusing on the implementation of investment proposals worth around Rs 1.31 lakh crore signed during the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026, with inter-departmental coordination and time-bound action being prioritised.

Saha said several projects had already been grounded and he had chaired a meeting to identify and address gaps in the implementation process at the earliest.

"In a small state like Tripura, MoUs worth Rs 1.31 lakh crore are a big development, and now we have to invest our whole focus in the grounding-related activities. Inter-departmental coordination is a must to convert all these proposals...
