Agartala: CPI(M) National General Secretary M.A. Baby and West Bengal state secretary M.D. Salim participated in the two-day-long CPI(M) Tripura state committee meeting, which commenced on Thursday.

Several senior CPI(M) leaders, including former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and his former cabinet colleagues, attended the meeting, where deliberations on the party's future strategies and its performance in recent elections are expected to take place.
