Agartala: Tipra Motha Party MLA Paul Dangshu on Monday expressed dissatisfaction over the rejection of questions he had submitted for the forthcoming Assembly session in Tripura, saying issues of public importance had been disallowed.

In a social media post, Dangshu questioned the rejection of the questions, saying legislators submit such queries to seek answers and accountability on behalf of the people, irrespective of their caste or creed.

"How spineless can someone in parliamentary proceedings and departments be, disallowing important questions that are submitted, seeking answers and accountability on behalf of millions, irrespective of caste or creed?" he said.
