Guwahati, Sept. 20 -- Bullying is a reality that is rarely discussed, much less addressed and checked, even in Nagaland. And, precisely for that reason, bullying continues unabated. That is why it was a pleasant surprise to read about the issue on the front page of a local newspaper here in its September 10, 2026, issue. The issue of bullying is not something that can be explained in a few words or laughed off as childish pranks.
