Guwahati, Sept. 18 -- Srimad Bhagavata Purana (10.39.19) captures the anguish of separation when the gopis ask Providence why it brings people together in love only to separate them before their desires are fulfilled.

There is something deeply puzzling about the love of Radha and Krishna. We are used to believing that when two people truly love each other, they should finally be together.
