Shillong, April 18 -- The upcoming India tour of German rock band Scorpions has been cancelled due to unforeseen medical issues affecting some of the band members, BookMyShow Live announced.

The cancelled shows were scheduled to take place in Shillong on April 21, Delhi-NCR on April 24, Bengaluru on April 26, and Mumbai on April 30.

Organisers expressed regret over the cancellation and apologised to fans for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. They added that the band remains interested in performing in India in the future, subject to their health and schedule.

All tickets purchased through BookMyShow will be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
