Dibrugarh, April 16 -- Saptaranga Cultural Society of Canada is set to organise its first Northeast Cultural Festival in Vancouver, British Columbia, on May 30, 2026, with the aim of showcasing the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Northeast India on a global platform.

Announcing the initiative, Indrajit Guha, president of the society, said the festival seeks to introduce Canadian audiences to the region's vibrant traditions while creating opportunities for artists from the Northeast to perform internationally.
