Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati has launched "The Street Edit - A Street Food Festival at Cafe B You," offering a curated selection of popular street food dishes from across India in a refined dining setting.

The festival is being held at Cafe B You from May 18 to 24, 2026. Guests can visit between 7 pm and 11 pm till May 23, while a special lunch service will be available on Sunday, May 24, from 12:30 pm to 4 pm.

The menu features a range of regional street food favourites, including live veg momos from Sikkim, Mumbai's vada pav, Delhi's golgappa with flavoured pani and ram ladoo, Bihar's litti with choukha, and Kerala's appam with chicken stew, among others.
