Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati will host "The Dragon & The Botanist" at Nest Asia from June 3 to 7, 2026. The dining event combines an Asian set menu with botanical-inspired cocktails and mocktails.

The event will be held at Nest Asia from 7:00 PM onwards and will feature food and beverage pairings based on Asian flavours and botanical ingredients.

"The Dragon & The Botanist" includes a specially curated Asian signature set menu along with botanical-inspired beverages.

The menu features dishes such as Tom Yum Thukpa, La Zi Ji, Sichuan Chicken, Gaeng Matsaman Curry and Chak-Hao Kheer.

Beverage offerings include the Sichuan Negroni, Thai Basil Smash, Shanghai Blossom, The Zen Garden and Fiery Dragon....
