Guwahati: Support for the student-led protest at Jantar Mantar against alleged irregularities in competitive and board examinations continued to grow on Saturday, with leaders from different political parties joining the movement and demanding accountability from the Centre.

NCP (SP) leader Rohit Pawar extended his backing to the agitation organized by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), stating that the participation of large numbers of students and young job aspirants reflected widespread dissatisfaction over issues affecting the country's youth.
