Dimapur: Nagaland University, the only central university in Nagaland, has launched new 4-year undergraduate science programmes at its multi-disciplinary research centre.

The centre offers core courses in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany and Ability Enhancement Courses along with Value Added Courses to build a holistic educational foundation.

The MDRC follows a Flexible Choice-Based Credit System (FCBS) with multiple entry and multiple exit options.

Students can earn a certificate after one year, a diploma after two years, a bachelor's degree after three years, and a bachelor's degree with research after four years.
