Dimapur, Sept. 4 -- Nagaland University, the only Central University in the state, inaugurated six new academic, research, agricultural and student-oriented facilities at its School of Agricultural Sciences, Medziphema Campus, on Thursday, a varsity release said on Friday.

The facilities were inaugurated by VC Jagadish K Patnaik in the presence of faculty members, administrative officials, staff and students of the university.

The newly inaugurated facilities include two experiential learning programme units under the departments of horticulture and livestock production and management, a modern piggery project, feed production units at Medziphema and Kohima campuses, a horticulture research laboratory, Naga Morung, and a sports complex....
