Nagaland Governor reviews programmes for women development
Dimapur, July 7 -- Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav on Monday asked the women resource development department to strengthen convergence with other departments and stakeholders, ensure effective implementation of its programmes and continue working toward creating sustainable economic opportunities for women in the state.
Yadav reviewed major programmes being implemented by the department at Lok Bhavan in Kohima, including the Transformative Livelihood Intervention (TLI) Project, Protection and Promotion of Tribal Designs, Myki activities, Multi Training Centre, Integrated Development-cum-Resource Centre (IDRC), District Resource and Development Programme (DRDP) and various entrepreneurship and skill development initiatives for women ...
