Dimapur, Aug. 8 -- Nagaland DGP Rupin Sharma on Friday urged all ministerial staff of the state to identify and address the root causes of challenges to improve the functioning of the state government.

Addressing the 5th biennial conference-cum-50th general meeting of the Nagaland Directorate Ministerial Service Association (NDMSA) at the Capital Convention Centre in Kohima as the chief guest, Sharma called upon ministerial staff to familiarise themselves with the rules and procedures governing government service, particularly the Nagaland Government Servants Conduct Rules.
