Dimapur, Oct. 16 -- Nagaland Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen launched the Nagaland Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM) WhatsApp chatbot at the NSEDM state-level steering committee meeting held at the Chief Secretary's Conference Hall in Kohima on Friday to improve access to skill development services.

The chatbot is designed as a single-window platform to address queries from candidates and citizens about skill training programmes, access to skill loans, the Chief Minister's Micro Finance Initiative (CMMFI), compliance-related services and general mission updates.
