Dimapur, Aug. 6 -- Nagaland's Mokokchung DC Ajit Kumar Verma on Thursday constituted a specialised sub-committee under the District Skill Committee to promote skill development, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihood opportunities across the district.

The sub-committee brings together a diverse panel of administrative officials, educational leaders, and community representatives, with the Mokokchung ADC as the convener and Principal of Government ITI, Mokokchung, T Imlisunep Ao, as the member secretary.

The committee has been assigned a comprehensive mandate to transform the district's socioeconomic landscape.
