Dimapur, July 8 -- In view of the onset of the monsoon season and the increased risk of rockfalls and landslides, Nagaland's Chumoukedima district administration has issued a public advisory for commuters travelling along the NH-29 stretch from Chathe Bridge (Unity Gate) to Tsiedukhru-Khuokhi Bridge (Kukidolong), urging them to drive with utmost caution, especially during heavy rain and at night.

The advisory, issued by Deputy Commissioner Polan John on Wednesday, urged road users to exercise extreme caution, particularly during periods of heavy rainfall and at night, when the risk of landslides and falling rocks is higher.
