Guwahati: In a series of coordinated anti-narcotics operations carried out across Mizoram on Tuesday, the Excise and Narcotics Department, in collaboration with Assam Rifles, seized substantial quantities of illegal drugs and arrested six individuals, including a Myanmar national, officials said on Wednesday.

The largest seizure was reported from Aizawl's Khatla locality late Tuesday night, where officials recovered 350 grams of heroin packed in 30 soap cases. Three individuals were arrested in connection with the recovery: Vanlallianzauva (33), a Myanmar national residing in Zokhawthar in Champhai district; K.C.
