Guwahati, April 28 -- A local court in Shillong on Tuesday (April 28) granted bail to Sonam Raghuvanshi, the prime accused in the murder of her husband, Raja Raghuvanshi, a transport businessman from Indore.
Indore resident Sonam Raghuvanshi was allegedly killed by her wife Sonam with three other accomplices during their honeymoon at Meghalaya in 2025.
Sonam, who had been in a Shillong jail for several months, secured bail during the fourth hearing of the case which was confirmed by the victim's brother, Vipin Raghuvanshi.
The case, which has drawn significant attention in Madhya Pradesh, relates to the alleged murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, with his wife named as the main accused.
