Guwahati, April 10 -- Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Friday met Haokholet Kipgen at the latter's residence in Hengbung, Kangpokpi district, during his return to Imphal following an official visit to Senapati district.

The Chief Minister's visit to Senapati was significant, marking his first journey to the hill district via Kangpokpi since May 3, 2023, shortly after he assumed office. During the trip, he inaugurated multiple development projects and laid foundation stones for new initiatives aimed at strengthening infrastructure and improving public services in the region.
