Manipur CM calls for Meiteis, Nagas, Kukis to bridge trust deficit, strengthen unity

Imphal: Asserting that a society divided along ethnic lines can never achieve sustainable growth, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh stressed that mutual respect and inter-community unity are essential for the progress of Manipur.
He called on Meiteis, Nagas, Kukis, and all other groups to bridge trust deficits and strengthen mutual understanding.
The boundaries and identity of Manipur are a shared legacy inherited from our forefathers," Khemchand stated, stating that the state's territorial integrity was collectively shaped and safeguarded by all communities.
