Imphal: Manipur Police, in coordination with central security forces, arrested two insurgents linked to different banned outfits and busted a militant camp during a series of operations carried out across the valley districts of the state, officials said on Tuesday.

In an operation, security personnel arrested an active cadre of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party (Ibungo Ngangomba faction) from the Kakching Khunou Lamkhai area along the Indo-Myanmar Sugnu Road under Waikhong Police Station in Kakching district.
