India, Feb. 9 -- The Manipur government on Monday relaunched a major road development project with an outlay of Rs 74.22 crore to expedite repair and construction works on the Mayai Lambi road (NH-137A).

Chief Minister Y. Khemchand Singh flagged off work on the Imphal-Kakching Lamkhai section of the highway at Langthabal in Imphal West district. The project is funded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and is being executed by the Public Works Department of the State government. It is scheduled for completion by April 2026.
