Manipur: Meghalaya CM meets Yumnam Khemchand Singh, reaffirms commitment to inclusive growth
Imphal, July 25 -- Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh and his Meghalaya counterpart, National People's Party (NPP) national president Conrad K. Sangma, met on Friday, reaffirming their shared commitment to sustainable development and inclusive growth in the region. The NPP is a constituent partner of the BJP-led government in Manipur.
Conrad K. Sangma, accompanied by NPP Manipur president Lorho S. Pfoze, Minister Kh. Loken Singh and other party MLAs, paid a visit to the Manipur Chief Minister's official residence on Friday night.
Describing the interaction as cordial, Chief Minister Khemchand Singh said he warmly welcomed the delegation and that the leaders discussed key issues concerning the state.
