Imphal, Aug. 14 -- The Kuki Students' Organisation (KSO), Churachandpur, on Thursday sealed the office of the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL) after the expiry of a three-day ultimatum over delays in critical culvert construction and drainage works at Hmar Veng and Tuibong.

The organisation has demanded a clear timeline for completing the pending works, which it said have contributed to severe monsoon flooding and created dangerous conditions for motorists and pedestrians.
