Guwahati, July 1 -- The Hmar Inpui, the apex body of the Hmar community, has officially withdrawn from the Kuki-Zo Council (KZC), saying the umbrella organisation has failed to evolve into an inclusive platform representing all Zohnathlak tribes. The decision, which came into effect on July 1, marks a significant development in Manipur's tribal political landscape.

In a statement signed by Hmar Inpui President Rev.
