India, Feb. 12 -- In a major crackdown, central security forces, in coordination with the Manipur Police, arrested eight insurgents from various underground outfits and seized arms, ammunition, communication devices, and incriminating documents across the state within the last 24 hours, police said on Thursday.
Three active cadres of the banned Kanglei Yaol Kanna Lup (KYKL) were arrested near Moirangthel village, close to Border Pillar 88, under Tengnoupal Police Station in Tengnoupal district.
