Manipur: ANSAM demands justice for six Naga civilians, questions government response

Imphal: The All Naga Students' Association, Manipur (ANSAM) on Monday strongly criticised the response of the state and central governments to the killing of six Naga civilians, alleging a lack of progress in the investigation more than a month after the incident and demanding immediate action to bring those responsible to justice.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, ANSAM president Th. Anteshang Maring said the association remains deeply concerned over the fate of the six civilians who were allegedly abducted and later killed by suspected Kuki armed militants belonging to the KNA(P) group.
