Guwahati, July 25 -- The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced that its nationwide protests will continue despite the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, saying the movement will not end until the Centre fulfils all of its remaining demands.

Addressing supporters at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Saturday, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke described Pradhan's resignation as a significant milestone but stressed that it was only the first step in the movement's campaign. He said protesters would continue their peaceful agitation until the government responds to the remaining demands.
